We ship worldwide and aim to process each order in 3-4 days. Estimated delivery times and postage prices can be found below:

- £4.95 1st Class signed for 

- Delivery aim:  1-2 working days 

♡ Europe♡

- £12 International tracked and signed 

- Delivery aim: 4-6 working days

♡ All other destinations ♡

- £18 International Tracked and signed 

- Delivery aim: 7-9 working days 

Sometimes through no fault of our own parcels go missing, once the parcel has left our hands it is out of our control. Please contact us if you have any issues.

 Refunds & Returns 

♡ We are a small business and do not offer refunds, please make sure that you carefully read the description of your piece before ordering. Refunds will not be given because it is ill fitting or the wrong size. 

♡ If the listing has incorrect information or the item is damaged then a refund will be issued. 

♡ We don't accept cancellations, once an order is placed the sale is final. 

♡ Returns are accepted in exchange for either a credit note or an exchange for another item(s). Credit notes are available to use across the entire store and don't have an expiry date. The balance will be the item(s) amount minus shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the return postage fee, and will not be reimbursed. 

♡ We don't accept refunds or returns on sale/discounted items. 

♡ We don't do refunds or returns on custom pieces.

♡ We don't do refunds or returns on vintage items. Please check all photos of vintage items before purchasing. As it is a secondhand item there may be small signs of imperfections that we will reflect in photos and videos.
